1 What file format are the digital patterns?
All digital embroidery patterns are delivered as PDF files. These high-quality PDFs include detailed instructions, stitch guides, colour charts, and full-size pattern templates that can be printed at home.
2 How are digital products delivered?
Digital downloads are emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email containing a secure download link for your PDF pattern. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it within this timeframe.
3 Can I sell items made from your patterns?
You may sell finished items made from my patterns in small quantities for personal profit. However, the patterns themselves may not be copied, shared, or sold. Mass production and commercial manufacturing are not permitted. Please respect the copyright of the original design.
4 What skill level are the patterns for?
My patterns range from intermediate to advanced skill levels. Each pattern includes detailed stitch instructions and diagrams. If you're comfortable with basic embroidery stitches, you should be able to tackle most designs with patience and practice. Specific skill level recommendations are included in each pattern description.
5 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Digital patterns are available worldwide instantly via email. Physical kits and finished pieces can be shipped internationally from Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Contact me for a shipping quote to your location.
6 How do I book a workshop?
Workshop bookings are handled through the hosting venue. Each workshop listing includes contact details or a booking link for the specific venue. I teach regularly in Adelaide, Melbourne, and internationally in the UK and France. Check the workshops page for upcoming dates and locations.
7 What materials are included in kits?
Complete kits typically include printed fabric panel, threads, detailed instructions, and stitch guide. Some kits also include charm packs or embellishments. Specific kit contents are listed in each product description. You'll need to supply your own needles, scissors, and embroidery hoop.
8 Can I get a refund on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been sent. However, if you experience any issues with your download or the file quality, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to resolve the problem.
